Hey there, you!
Ready to stop feeling overwhelmed for good?
Life as a special needs mom is HARD, but I am here to help make it easier.
Ever feel like you’re constantly running in a never-ending marathon, just trying to keep up with your child’s care, appointments, and life in general?
Maybe you feel like you’re drowning in appointments, therapies, and paperwork, and still feel like you aren’t doing enough to help your child.
You’re not alone. The challenges that special needs moms face can take a toll on your physical, emotional, and mental health.
And I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be like this…

I’m Lauren,
A small town mom from Oklahoma. Oh yeah, I’m also a special needs mom. When my son was first diagnosed, I felt lost. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and constantly felt like I was failing as a mom.
I felt so guilty for the grief I felt over all the things we wouldn’t get to experience as a family, and I felt so alone- like no one else truly understood what my life was like.
