As special needs moms (and moms in general!), we spend a lot of time suffering from the affects of overwhelm, creating more stress and anxiety in our lives than we would like. Overwhelm is so often thought of as a result of our to do lists, schedules, and lives in general. But really, overwhelm is not caused by any of those things. Overwhelm is caused by our thinking.
