It’s that four letter f word we all hate-fear. As special needs moms, we spend so much time living in this emotion, and avoiding this emotion. We fear the future, we fear the unknowns, we fear the what if’s. In this episode, we take a look at how fear can be masked as anger, anxiety, or stress and how this affects us in our lives. When we learn to allow and process emotions, we learn to reduce their intensity. We learn to manage our emotions in a healthier way.
